Tony Pomarico

Our Founder + CEO

Tony is no stranger to the insurance industry, he has been helping to protect thousands of individuals and their families since 2010. He founded Pomarico Financial in 2016, created to help his client’s prepare for a rewarding and stress-free financial future. Tony believes in safe money choices. He believes in the important work he provides to his clients to ensure that they will have a secure future they can be proud of. Tony takes great pride in his hands-on approach, curating individualized financial plans to suit the varying needs of his vast clientele.

Tony encourages his clients to stand up for themselves when it comes to their financial products, and ensure the money they’ve worked hard for is protected.

In your first moments of meeting Tony, you’ll be met with his classic Boston accent and tall 6’6” frame. Tony’s outgoing nature combined with his unique understanding of how the insurance and financial worlds collide is what sets him apart in an industry that can be overwhelming to navigate. Tony is passionate about the commitment he has to guiding his clients to and through their personal financial goals, providing them with support every step of the way. Along with his 12 years of experience in the industry, Tony’s education at Boston College High School and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management gives him the knowledge and wisdom required to help his clients achieve their financial goals. 

Tony enjoys traveling with his wife, Natalie and their three daughters. Tropical destinations are his favorite, along with his love for cars and a good whiskey. When the weather is nice, he’s always up for a last minute trip to the south shore, where he grew up. Some of Tony’s proudest moments come from the time he’s spent working alongside The Olancho Aid Foundation in Juticalpa, Honduras. He has helped to coordinate and fund the installation of multiple water filtration systems to aid local communities in the area without access to clean drinking water. Tony’s relationship with the foundation has continued despite the pandemic, he’s looking forward to when he can continue his yearly trips to Honduras.

NatAlie Pomarico

Director of Operations + Events

Natalie began working with her husband, Tony at Pomarico Financial in early 2018. She stepped in to help run the business and replace her sister, who was the company’s only employee at the time, as she had been diagnosed with cancer. It was then that she began to implement the systems that help the company run how it is today. Natalie’s management role oversees the day to day operations at the company while continuously implementing new systems to help Pomarico Financial run smoothly and efficiently for its staff and more importantly, it’s clientele. She is responsible for the various client events throughout the year and prioritizes making them fun and engaging.

Natalie’s time outside of Pomarico Financial is spent juggling her roles as mom, chauffeur, chef, and sneaking in shots of espresso. When the warm weather rolls around, some of her favorite time is spent on Martha’s Vineyard with family and friends.

EMILY RUTOWICZ

Educational Seminar Coordinator

Emily started out her journey at Pomarico Financial as a summer job back in 2019. Her knack for people skills and infectious energy lead to her full time role as our seminar coordinator. She is currently finishing up her degree in Elementary Education and Sociology at Stonehill College. The guests attending our educational seminars can count on her to make sure their evening runs smoothly so they can be focused on deepening their knowledge of retirement preparation. When you come out to one of our seminars, Emily will be sure to help you take your next step towards protecting your financial future. 

The nights she’s not spending her evening supporting our guests at dinner, she can be found down the Cape or on a boat making memories with her family and friends. Phoebe, her family dog, is sure to always be close by. 

Devin Bachman

Director of Client Services

Devin joined the Pomarico Financial team in 2021, he returned to his New England roots after nearly 11 years away in Georgia. He brings with him a degree in Business Administration from Georgia College & State University. Devin’s natural and vibrant energy blended with his keen eye for details creates the perfect environment for our clients to feel supported throughout their journey with us. He is responsible for making sure all of the moving pieces that come with protecting your retirement investments run seamlessly. Devin is here as the perfect support role for Pomarico Financial’s vast clientele. 

After hours, you can find Devin slowing down with a good movie, soaking up that sun at the beach, or he is most definitely spicing up any gathering or party he’s walking into.
